The team at this location is amazing. Ryan spent a ton of time with us, answered a million questions and went out of his way to show us all available products. Quite a bit of the newest Bote gear to check out. We fly all the way from the west coast to visit this store. Worth it every time. Doesn’t matter if fishing, SUP or kayaks is your thing. You’ll find what you’re looking for here.

I love this store. The staff is phenomenal. I know that Mike and Ryan will always take care of me when I visit. Their boards are second to none. But their colors and drink vessels also rival brands like yeti. The store is well kept and fun.

We had an amazing experience getting a few paddle boards thanks to Ryan! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable answered all our questions and made sure we got exactly what we needed based on our experience level and goals. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely wants to help people enjoy the water safely and confidently. Highly recommend if you’re looking for expert advice and great service!

Overall great products and great customer service. My friends all know I can’t drive by without stopping in “just for a look” which usually means coming out with something! Recently I had a minor issue with one of hangout lounger chairs which I absolutely love, and was only going to ask how I would go about repairing it. The guy looked me up in the computer and gave me a brand new one, no questions asked. Every time I go in it’s just a consistently great experience.

Went in today to take a look around for some outdoor seating options. The guys there were so helpful and awesome all around. I ended up buying two sofas with cup holders and the table too. I’ve had other Bote products before and loved them too, I'm excited to add these to my collection.

A few years ago I purchased a Bote from this store. I brought back my Bote because there was a problem. I brought it back and the gentleman brought me a brand new Bote still in the box. I was astounded! He said it wasn't worth it to fix. Today I returned to store because 2 days ago I ordered a used Bote from Brian and there were missing parts. I returned to the store today along with the extra unneeded parts that were delivered yesterday with my Bote. Ryan brought me new parts immediately, and I returned the unnecessary parts. He was the nicest young man I have ever worked with. I most highly recommend this business for anyone who enjoys outdoor water life. Thank you!

We just left the store and wanted to share our experience. We met with Ryan about a Bote shipped to our home yesterday. It was used but immaculate. There were a few parts missing along with extra parts that were not needed. We brought the extra parts in and Ryan immediately gave us the missing parts, brand new, no questions asked. This store goes above and beyond with customer service. Ryan is so affable and positive; always smiling. The store is gorgeous! Now I know why my boyfriend loves this store. Thank you Ryan and manager Brian 🙏🏻

Went to the store yesterday and bought myself a new paddle board, I loved the aesthetic of the store. The employee who helped me was Ryan, he was super helpful, answered all my questions and found the perfect board for me. After trying out the board today I can say I’m 100% happy with this purchase. It was reasonably priced and it’s light weight and easily transportable. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a new board. Thank you!

This store is beyond amazing. I would never go anywhere but here too purchase a paddle board. Ryan is beyond amazing and helpful. They really want you to have the board that you enjoy and ensure that it fits your needs. The store is very organized and has Endless Options from you to choose from. I honestly tested out a cheap Amazon board while also looking at some of the bote boards and theres no comparison. If you want quality, this is the place to go. Totally worth the money and I cant wait to explore. Not that it matters, but their bathroom is also hilarious hahaha
